- Offers a forgivable loan program that will assist low to moderate income Indigenous off-reserve homeowner households to repair their primary and sole residence to bring them to acceptable standards while improving the energy efficiency of the unit
- Repairs can also include accessibility, and health and safety issues
- Provides up to a maximum of $25,000 for eligible repairs
- Repairs can include structural, electrical, vents and louvres, plumbing, heating, chimney repair or removal, fire safety, air quality and mold remediation, septic systems, well water and well drilling; other repairs may be considered at the discretion of OAHS
