- Assists with medical transportation through the Northern Health Travel Grant (NHTG)
- Assists individuals with one time emergency funding for a direct service where there are no other resources for funding available in Sault Ste Marie or Algoma District for the specific need
- Provides referrals to appropriate community services to assist individuals with their personal needs
