- Partners with Sault Area Hospital, Aboriginal Housing Services and Social Services SSM District to provide daily assistance for residents of 137 East St
- Offers 24/7 housing support services at the Willow Haven supportive housing facility
- Supports include but are not limited to: assistance with medical and mental health issues, daily living skills, appointments, addictions support, family relationships, and vocational skills
- Offers resources and outreach for individuals in securing/maintaining safe and stable housing
- Supports include but are not limited to: community housing and outreach, case management, assistance with landlord mediation, and information and referrals to other service providers
