Affordable, nutritious meals are delivered to members of the community who are unable to prepare their own food. Seniors, convalescent, and chronically ill individuals may benefit from this program. Hot meals are offered Monday through Friday. Volunteers deliver the meals during the hours of 10:30 to 1 p.m. Frozen meals are delivered once per week on Tuesdays.

COVID-19 - Offering the following programs virtually: Little hellos - Seniors, vulnerable peoples, teens can receive a phone call once, twice or three times a week just to chat with someone * Tele-Chat with coffee - via zoom and telephone we connect seniors for some social time, every Tue 10:30 am * Triva - via zoom and telephone organized trivia games every Thu at 10:30 am * Hot meals for seniors - Mon and/or Thu vulnerable people and seniors have an opportunity to receive a hot home made meal delivered to their doorstep. This program is funded by the New Horizons for seniors initiative and the Local United Way just funded us to add meals for a 10 weeks period. The volunteers are also asked to do a visual check on seniors well beings while delivering meals. Ask how they are doing, look for signs of falls, anxiousness and/ or abuse * Gardening assistance - a 7 week program to assist seniors, injured or vulnerable people with maintaining their yards.

- In home services - include personal care and home management (light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation).
- Seniors Program - a variety of programs are offered throughout the year such as drop-ins, craft workshops, shopping and game nights.
- Seniors Congregate Dining - takes place Wed at Community Centre. Free lunch served to community members ages 55 and up.

Stepping back 2 metres from the door, the volunteer will wait for the client to retrieve the meal. Delivery wait times may increase as a result of these new measures.
