Connect job seekers and employers throughout the Sarnia-Lambton area. Services are designed to assist with career exploration possibilities and developing skills and confidence. Staff can assist with personalized services to support employment or employee recruitment needs.
Offer employment services to assist in preparing for, obtaining and keeping a job. These services may consist of an employment needs assessment, the development of a Return to Work Plan, individual employment consulting, advice about job loss, retraining and education, job search techniques, labour market information, job placement services, and on-the-job follow up.
Job Retention supports is available when continued employment or advancement is unlikely to succeed without further assistance. Eligible individuals can expect support and mentoring to promote long-term employment based on developing experience, workplace skills, capabilities and confidence.
Additional services:
