Second Stage Housing provides independent, controlled entry apartments with rent geared to income. Utilities are included, and there are free laundry facilities onsite. Units include a fridge and stove. There are 1,2,and 3 bedroom apartments available. There is one accessible unit in the building. Rental agreements are available up to one year in length.
Second Stage Housing has support staff available to assist with connections to community resources, provide counselling, advocacy and support to both women and children. We also offer these services to women and children living in the community through the transitional support program.
Play room and lounge available for programming and groups. There is also a totally fenced in playground at each building.

Long Stay Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) - Residential program for people with a serious mental illness who may also have physical health concerns and need access to 24-hour supports with clinical interventions for an extended period of time
Shared Living - One women-only home and one men-only home with 4 beds each * low support 10am-5pm
Supportive Living Apartments - Independent living with daily on-site staff support * bachelor, one bedroom and two bedroom units available * each building has a lounge, kitchen, office, and private meeting area
Transitional Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) - Short stay residential program for people with a serious mental illness who need access to 24-hour supports with clinical interventions
Transitional Shared Living - 3 24-hour moderate support homes with a minimum of 8 hours of support per day

Woodstock Supportive Housing - Homelessness Initiative Program - rent subsidies and housing support to individuals who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness * subsidized housing available throughout Oxford County * goal is to provide safe, affordable, permanent housing options * level of housing support is flexible, based on tenants' individual needs and provided by Housing Case Managers or in conjunction with other existing service providers * CMHA Housing Staff team work closely with partners at Oxford County Human Services, Indwell and private landlords throughout Oxford County

CK Clarke Centre Community Residential Facility - 6-bed residence providing support to adults who are or have been involved with the forensic mental health system
Cody Centre - 20-bed community residential facility that provides 24 hour supervision and support to adult male residents serving federal sentences in the community
Gallagher Centre - 16-bed residential community facility that supports populations who demonstrate higher needs and experience complex challenges
Maison Louise Arbour - 8-bed female community residential facility which supports women over the age of 18 who are transitioning from the federal or provincial justice systems or who require mental health support for up to 30 days in one of our crisis beds
Reintegration Services - Works with people (both male and female) over the age of 18 who have a confirmed or suspected mental health diagnosis and who are involved in the justice system
