Dedicated to helping children, youth, and young adults with physical disabilities achieve their full individual potential and future independence.

Support for seniors with low income to access and participate in local events or activities. Covers one-time cost of seniors dream/wish.

Provides assistance for low income seniors to obtain assistive devices at a reduced cost.

Services to those diagnosed with MS and their families.

• Quality of Life Equipment Program: The Quality of Life Equipment Grants are designed to provide financial assistance to those requiring support with the purchase of mobility equipment, and safety devices.
  
• CPP-D Application Support (CAS) : The CPP-D Application Support (CAS) aims to help individuals with MS who are applying for the Canada Pension Plan Disability benefit (CPP-D) successfully receive their benefits. Assistance available to determine eligibility for the benefit. This program is for non-Quebec residents only.
  
• 1:1 Peer Support: Extended and One Call programs - The 1:1 Peer Support Program is a telephone and internet-based program for individuals living with MS and loved ones of people with MS. Support for specific questions, or issues related to MS.

A resource for families who are seeking respite services. Direct Support Professionals meet with children supported and families to plan their respite needs; assist children supported and families to complete an Individual Support Plan that is person-directed and builds on goals and wishes that best support the child; and assist families with service coordination/case management supports to:

• access or understand funding options
• explore the full range of community-based services
• complete service and/or funding applications
• attend school meetings and/or case conferences as required
• prepare for and manage life transitions

CLRN also provides an annual respite subsidy allocation to families to purchase respite services.
