Regular Service
Full range of free, confidential, outpatient treatment services for people with concerns regarding alcohol, drug use and gambling; and for anyone concerned about someone else's substance use or gambling.

• Specialized programs are offered for youth, those using opiates, those in need of withdrawal support
• Programs differ in duration based on client need and interest - individual counselling and group programs available
• Local provider of the Back on Track Program, Ontario's Remedial Measures Program for impaired drivers - Registration for the Back on Track Program should be done as soon as a license suspension notice is received in order to complete the required components prior to license reinstatement

• Services based on harm reduction model.

Offers an opioid agonist treatment program based on an Outpatient Harm Reduction Model. Services include:

• Initial intake interview
• Medical examination and laboratory tests, where appropriate
• Supervised urine testing
• Signed treatment contract and treatment plan
• Addiction counselling
• Regular medical follow up
• Daily methadone and suboxone dose
• Post-methadone treatment (i.e., relapse prevention, and medication where appropriate)

A non-profit organization offering a full range of free confidential out-patient treatment services of both individual and group counselling for those who have concerns with alcohol, drug use or gambling.

• Referrals are accepted from all sources, and all inquiries are confidential.

COVID-19 - Completing intakes, programming and conducting check-ins with clients through remote access. This includes, telephone, text, email and on-line platforms

This program is for adults who exhibit:

• difficulty controlling anger,
• compulsion to act before thinking of consequences,
• tendency to blame others for their problems,
• problems with relationships, family and friends,
• problems with alcohol or drugs.

The program is a cognitive behavioural group based on the What Works literature and research. It uses an interactive, psycho-educational format

The objectives for the participants during the program and upon program completion are that they:

• accept responsibility for actions,
• develop critical thinking skills,
• develop effective problem solving and decision making skills,
• have increased awareness and understanding of consequences of negative behaviour patterns,
• learn strategies to control and change behaviours
• develop pro-social attitudes, skills and behaviours.

The program runs 10 weeks and meets once a week for 2 hours in the evening. Attendance is mandatory.

Provides intensive individual support, counselling and programming to youth involved on an active Youth Probation Order.
