Gourmet Xpress is a social enterprise offering

• hands-on training in a commercial kitchen
• supports individuals who have barriers to employment or are unable to maintain employment in the food industry
• three-month intensive training to gain work experience focused on developing essential skills and competencies in the workplace

Recreation association

• members can participate in one or more of the 50 different recreation, sport and fitness programs.

Houses a variety of services available for members and also open to the public:

• choice from classroom facilities equipped with a projector, computer, telephone, and wifi or from one of their many rooms that can be reconfigured to accommodate meeting objectives
