The programs include:
Playgroups : A facilitator-educator offers a variety of activities to promote children's overall development and socialization (crafts, games, songs, etc). Interactive workshops on various topics are also regularly offered during the playgroups. Offered at Le Carrousel, 431 St-Laurent Blvd; École Jean-Robert-Gauthier, 651 Chapman Mills pr.
Drop-in daycare: Available at 431 St Laurent Blvd. Ratio of one educator for five students, with a maximum of 15 children at a time.
Early intervention services and family support: available through all the City of Ottawa. The service includes a home visit, coaching, support to strengthen parental skills, distribution of other resources' pamphlets, referrals to many community services and professionals, and loans of toys, books/CDs and educational material for children. Principally aimed at families with young children and/or newcomers to Canada.
