Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)

• mobile, multidisciplinary, team-based intensive services
• after hours on-call phone support allowing for 24-hour, 7 day a week availability and provided on a long-term basis with flexible degrees of intensity
• delivers comprehensive services to individuals in relation to their everyday lives, providing treatment, rehabilitation, support and crisis activities

Community Treatment Order Service (CTO)

• intensive case management support to individuals with treatment orders
• provided by nurse case managers
• partnership service with Lakeridge Health Network, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences
