Rent Supplement Subsidy
Rent Supplement Program allows individuals and families to receive a geared-to-income rent supplement for a unit in the private market. Applicant households must apply to the County and meet eligibility criteria.
Government-funded Affordable Housing
Affordable housing, sets rent at less than market levels, can be found in the City of Guelph and Wellington County. All prospective households must apply to the provider directly and meet eligible criteria.

- Ontario Renovates program - a homeowner's financial assistance home maintenance repair program, for low to moderate-income households
- B-Home (Brantford Home Ownership Made Easier) program - gives financial assistance for a down payment on a home, to low-income earners
