- Offers one meal per week in their community
- Provides transportation if required, for social activity to clients who would not be able to attend without assistance
- Provides an electronic device in a client's home that enables clients to communicate in an emergency
- Provides a 24-hour service
- Provides a check up call, personal or telephone contact to seniors living alone
- Assists with routine household activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry
- Delivers hot and frozen meals for lunch to individuals to assist in meeting their nutritional needs
- Provides social contact and a health and safety check of the client at the time of the meal delivery
- Provides one meal per week or up to 5 daily meals per week
- Accommodates special diets such as diabetic diet, food allergies and/or tolerances etc
- Provides in-home service to enable family and friends to have relief from their caregiving role and to help relieve stress placed on family relationships
- Provides designated housing for an average of 50 clients with the ability to expand as the need arises, and includes personal support, medications reminder, homemaking, meal preparation
- Provides 24-hour attendant service and emergency response service
- Provides transportation to medical, dental, and vision appointments as well as to clinics and hospitals
- Volunteers assist individuals with entering and exiting the vehicle or building and with packages
- Recommends advance notice of 2 to 3 days for booking transportation
