New referrals are being accepted. Will assist service users with technology needed to access our programs if this is a barrier. Women, trans and non binary folks who have experienced sexual assault can receive crisis and long term counselling through phone or online support.

Regular Service
Offers a Sexual Assault Helpline and various sexual assault services including:
Sexual Assault Therapy program for individuals 16 years and up, and their families, who have suffered the trauma of sexual assault including crisis intervention. Individual and group therapy. Community education and referrals and consultation with other stakeholders.
Sexual Assault Intervention for Living (SAIL) program provides individual and group therapy to women, trans and non binary survivors of sexual abuse/assault. Model of service is feminist psychotherapy utilizing numerous attachment informed and mindfulness based approaches. This is a four stage group based program.
Survivors begin long term counselling programs through a three workshop series - SAIL 1. They do not have to share their name or information about their selves in the workshop to begin, they will become familiar with the program first. SAIL 1 is run three times yearly.
Also offers Survivor to Survivor - a peer mentoring program. Survivors of sexual assault can be paired with a trained Survivor Mentor who will offer individual support in the community - contact for more information.
Presently has a pilot program for male survivors of sexual assault - call for more information.
