- Many programs have moved to online/digital service delivery
- All Case Managers are available by telephone and email
For adults who have been court-ordered to perform a number of hours of volunteer service in the community
- work must be completed for a nonprofit, charitable or municipal agency
- community service work may also be done for a private individual under certain circumstances
- must be referred from probation
