- Assists youth who are struggling mentally to find the help they need. MiND-AID navigators works with individuals to identify areas of concern and helps sort through the complex mental health care system to determine the best resources for the situation such as counselling and therapy, social worker, support groups, addiction supports, legal supports, LGBTQ2S+ supports, funding, psychoeducation and more.
- The navigators can help refer the individual to the appropriate resources and advocate for them where difficulties arise.

Offers help to men and women within the unionized construction trades Industry and their immediate family who have issues of any kind due to a dependence with alcohol and/or drugs.
Programs range from long term placement, residential treatment and post treatment counselling.
Family members may call the help line anytime for support.
Currently engaged with the Ministry of Labour Training and Skills Development Fund (SDF) for a research project in addition to the services provided to the construction industry. But does not offer training or employment opportunities outside of hiring opportunities for the agency.
