There are 60 rental apartments in A Building; 50 are one-bedroom units and 10 are two-bedroom units. There are 60 rental apartments in B Building, all of which are one-bedroom units. Bed sitting rooms are also available.
There are 112 life lease apartments and 47 bungalows. Life lease allows a resident to purchase the right to occupy a particular unit and assures him/her of a permanent place to live without some of the responsibilities of ownership. The ownership of the unit remains with the Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village Corporation. When a unit is vacated, Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village re-sells the unit. Equity is paid back upon termination, less 3% per year to a maximum of five (5) years.

Bobby's Hair and Nail Services
- services ranging from pedicures to haircuts
- services are provided in the salon located on the main floor of OSCR, in the OSCR residence, or while the resident is in the hospital
- for OSCR clients living in the local community, Bobby will bring her salon to them
Tiffany's Foot Clinic (Chiropody Services)
- located on the main floor in the Wellness Centre, apartment 107
- offers a wide array of treatments and services for: diabetics, corns/calluses, ingrown nails, fungal nails, wound/ulcer care, soft tissue injections and surgeries, compression stockings and foot orthotics

Community Paramedicine Program

- the Attendant Care Services program (Oakville site) is an in-home attendant care service for physically disabled adults who are living in Oakville, and who are able to direct their own care
