Child and Youth Programs - Provide youth with a wide range of social recreational activities that will enable them to be peer leaders, and to enhance their personal and community capacity

EarlyON Child and Family Centre - Free drop-in programs offer children up to the age of six, their parents, and their caregivers an interactive environment where they can participate a wide range of activities

Food Access Programs - Addresses food access and food security issues in the Stonegate community * support the development, implementation and operation of a local community garden, a Good Food Box program, a Good Food Market, a seasonal Farmers' Market, and school based Snack Program * capacity building workshops around food issues also organized throughout the year for community members to attend.

Pre and Post Natal Programs - Pre natal program offer child birth classes and a weekly pre natal nutrition program * post-natal programs offer parenting information, breastfeeding support and encourage healthy eating for women in the first year of their baby's life

Provide primary health care, health promotion and a wide variety of community programs to the Stonegate-Parklawn Community * identify individual and community needs and respond by providing accessible and inclusive health services and health promotion programs

Clinical Health Services - Health services include:

• medical services - primary health services
• chiropody services - foot care
• dietitian services - nutrition education and counseling
• asthma education - one to one sessions and group sessions on information to understand asthma or other breathing problems
• smoking cessation - offer counselling and support to individual clients and community members contemplating and or attempting to quit smoking
• diabetes education - offer nutrition education and counseling throughout the whole lifespan, from infant to older adult
• counselling services - offer support to help clients address a variety of mental health issues

Community Programs - Stonegate CHC provides primary health care services and health promotion and community programs in the Stonegate- Parklawn Community. We identify individual and community needs and respond by providing accessible and inclusive health services and health promotion programs.

Family Programs - Support the health of individuals, families and communities

Housing Help Centre - Support to the residents in the community facing difficulties in accessing housing and/or maintaining their current accommodation * advocate for residents with barriers in accessing community resources, such as financial assistance and emergency support to improve their social health

Physical Fitness Program - Offer free activities to promote physical health and well being

Seniors Programs - Variety of programs for seniors in the community

Women's Programs - Designed to reach out to women of all ages in the community * offer women focused services and activities, and especially welcomes women who feel disadvantaged or isolated * provide individual counselling and advocacy, and facilitates group workshops and activities on topics of special interest for women

Operations at the greenhouse help to provide horticulture displays, that change seasonally, for street boulevards and planters across the town

• the Conservatory showcases an array of plant-life, a pond, and a waterfall
• volunteer opportunities with the Municipal Greenhouse

Bookings are required for group tours, photography sessions, gardening sessions, and ceremony bookings
