Offers a variety of services meant to support anyone navigating challenging life situations or circumstances. Services include:

• career counselling
• monthly educational workshops
• caregiver support group
• assistance accessing community services - this includes accessing benefits and filling out forms.

Through partnering organizations, Dundas Community Services offers free employment counselling, as well as individual and family counselling with fees geared to your income levels.

Employment Counselling is in partnership with YMCA Employment Services, this program offers a free employment clinic on every second Monday of the month.

Individual and Family Counselling is in partnership with Catholic Family Services of Hamilton, this program offers a weekly geared-to-income counselling clinic on every Thursday afternoon.

Learning assessment designed to identify Essential Skills levels. Includes a detailed Action Plan to help achieve education, training, and employment goals. Provides an employment profile and training summary specific to the client's needs. This assessment can be done in a one-to-one or group format and takes approximately 3 hours to complete.

•All Youth programming includes a combination of in person workshops and experiential skill building and learning for youth ages 15-30. The youth are paid minimum wage during their pre-employment workshopparticipation and placements are paid at competitive labour market wages as setby the employer in their job placement. In some instances opportunitiesare available to obtain certificates for training such as First Aid / CPR, SafeFood Handling, Smart Serve and WHMIS ACE (Achieving Competitive Employment):individualized employment support program for people with disabilities, including students.
