Due to Covid-19, this program is suspended until further notice. Please see website for furtner details.
Provides round-trip transportation for a bi-weekly grocery shopping outing on a Friday. DARTS Transit picks up clients at their door/entrance and transports them to Fortinos, Walmart, Longo's, or the Farmer's Market in Ancaster. Also provides transportation to local outings and events such as fairs, live theatre, musical venues, and community events in the Ancaster and surrounding area.
Space is limited for both services; please call the office for more information.

Gentle Fitness for Seniors - Increase fitness levels, gain more energy by flexibility training led by a certified fitness instructor * learn about health, wellness and nutrition
Shopping Trips - This program is currently suspended. A program called Grocery Delivery Program has been initiated. Run a shuttle bus, for seniors and those with disability and mobility issues, for grocery shopping to No Frills located at Queensway and Royal York * participants are picked up and returned to their home * the cost of the bus is a donation to the Health Centre.
Stonegate Plus Club - Offer English speaking seniors the chance to meet and spend time together * refreshments are served, and activities include bus trips, bingo and card games
