The Centre is an air-supported structure during winter months and during the spring and summer months, the structure will be removed and the facility will be operated as an outdoor artificial turf field.
Services include:

- a full size soccer field with the option of two half fields or four quarter fields

This facility features a 250 metre timber track designed to meet requirements set by the International Cycling Union for international competitions. Serves as both a community recreation facility and a venue for provincial, national and international events.
