Windrow Removal Program helps seniors and persons with disabilities living in urban Milton remove the piles of snow left at the bottom of driveways after the snowplow passes (windrows)
- helps remove windrows created during plowing following a snowfall of 10 cm (4 inches) or more
- limited to 75 eligible residences (first come, first-served)
- program runs from December 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023
