Housing Support Drop-In - Assistance with applying to subsidized housing in St Thomas and Elgin County * access to resources, including apartment application requirements, current apartment and room rental listings, information on subjects related to obtaining and maintaining housing * linking with appropriate services such as income support
Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO) - Supportive housing program located in private homes, with admission, programs and supports provided by a community mental health team
Services include:

- care to people with special needs including dementia care

Aboriginal Support - Supports provided through information, referrals, advocacy, and assistance to access health care services within the local urban area

Day Respite and Adult Day Program - Centre-based day supports for adults with physical disabilities and complex medical needs. Individually designed support and assistance provided in all areas, including activities of daily living, leisure and social activities, as well as community participation.
Family Resource - Funding available to adults with disabilities and their families for community participation supports
Overnight Respite Services - Overnight respite services provided in a community-based setting with 24/7 specialized support * short-term stays of 4-7 days available on a scheduled basis * assistance provided with daily living, personal care, medical health and wellness and safety

Home Support Services - Non-personal care such as escort to appointments, shopping, companionship and cleaning.
Foot Care Services - In-home, long term care and retirement facilities.
In-office Health Testing - TB/Mantoux Skin Test, Mask Fit, DNA collection.
