Out for Lunch Bunch - Volunteers pick-up clients and escort them to lunch at a local restaurant with other clients and volunteers * limited seating available

Wheels for Wellness - Non-emergency transportation to local essential appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals * volunteer drivers * wheelchairs cannot be accommodated * service available Mon-Fri only * must be able to get in and out of a vehicle on their own and left on their own

Assist seniors and special needs adults in a wide variety of ways in and outside of the home by escorting them to appointments, providing companionship, and assistance with any shopping, cleaning, meal prep, aftercare, safety checks and pet services

In-home respite for families including care for dementia and Alzheimer's clients * overnight care available

Grocery delivery service

Groceries selected, purchased and delivered to clients * standing orders (weekly, biweekly, monthly) available

Volunteers deliver hot or frozen meals to clients to help meet their nutritional requirements and provide security checks and social visits * hot meals delivered at lunch

Meals are prepared using home-style foods and traditional recipes, while meeting quality standards

Offers emergency food access, as needed * works with local farmers markets to provide food * available after 11am

Good Food Box - bulk buying program offering monthly baskets of healthy, affordable fruit and vegetables * order until the first Fri of each month * pick up third Mon of the month * membership and monthly fee

Moore Street Garden Project - container garden project on church grounds providing access to fresh vegetables to the community

COVID19 - Service Change. ONE CARE is providing essential services. Continuing programs include Assisted Living, Meals on Wheels, Lifeline, Home Care, Home Help, Home at Last and In Home Respite. Modified programs (may be offered virtually, by phone or in a totally different way) include Transportation Friendly Visiting, Adult Day Program, Overnight Respite, Social Work, Dining (Dining to Go) and Exercise & Wellness (offered virtually). Programs on hold include Blood Pressure Clinics. In cases where a program is on hold or has had to be modified ensuring that client's needs are considered and working with clients and caregivers to determine how to support going forward.

Grocery store offering home delivery, if item is not available, will call to suggest a substitute. Service is not just for seniors but anyone who is house-bound. Delivery within Stratford city limits.

Groceries for delivery (in Stratford) or pickup. Call or order online. Frozen meals, house made food, beverages, dairy, cheese, eggs, produce, frozen meat, pantry items, coffee, tea, bulk items, bread and baked goods. Minimum $20 order for delivery. Pickup at store during open hours.
