Communication Devices Program - Consultation and sales of hearing and communication related assistive devices
Employment Services - Supports to deaf and hard of hearing individuals to find a job and succeed by working with employees and employers to put the right supports in place * employment consultants can provide help with: job search challenges related to hearing loss, career planning, resume and cover letter writing, help preparing for interviews, accessing funds for work related expenses, such as appropriate clothing, training, or assistive devices including hearing aids
Hearing Care Counselling - Services include assessment and support for seniors with hearing loss * the goal is to develop, maintain, or augment sensory capacity to promote maximum independence * the Hearing Care Counsellor Program assists seniors with hearing loss * counsellors conduct home visits (or virtual visits), provide education, demonstrate and recommend communication devices, facilitate hard of hearing support groups and teach hearing help classes, and workshops * Hearing Care Counselling also provides in-service training to supportive housing, retirement homes and long-term care facilities

Attendant Outreach - Scheduled support to assist adults with physical disabilities with daily activities to live independently at home
