Eating Disorders Residence - Voluntary 8-bed residence for adults with an eating disorder * specialized supports and programs for adults with an eating disorder diagnosis who require 24 hour support to interrupt symptoms

Long Stay Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) - Residential program for people with a serious mental illness who may also have physical health concerns and need access to 24-hour supports with clinical interventions for an extended period of time

Shared Living - One women-only home and one men-only home with 4 beds each * low support 10am-5pm

Supportive Living Apartments - Independent living with daily on-site staff support * bachelor, one bedroom and two bedroom units available * each building has a lounge, kitchen, office, and private meeting area

Transitional Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) - Short stay residential program for people with a serious mental illness who need access to 24-hour supports with clinical interventions

Transitional Shared Living - 3 24-hour moderate support homes with a minimum of 8 hours of support per day

• Offers a number of community-based programs for adults who may be involved in the justice system, who are dealing with mental health challenges, who are experiencing challenges with housing, or who may have developmental challenges and require support to live independently
  
  Programs offered include:
  
• Direct Accountability Program - provides crown referred offenders (possessing nonviolent, less severe criminal behaviour) with the privilege of having a charge withdrawn upon successful program completion
  
• Community Service Orders - adults who have been ordered by the court to participate in a community service program act under the direction of the Probation Officer, as well as St Leonard's Community Service Order staff
  
• Supervised Independent Living - focused on offering non-residential community supports to adults with developmental disabilities, mental health issues or with other special needs who are at risk of becoming involved or have been involved with the criminal justice system
  
• Project Home - focuses on housing youth who have experienced chronic homelessness
  
• Supportive Housing - provides people who may have mental health diagnoses and who are involved with the justice system with a rent subsidy for reintegration into the community
  
• Reintegration Program - guides choices and offers support in rebuilding relationships following custody

Housing for women ages 16 years and older within a 21-bed facility

Program includes:

Housing for men ages 18 and older in a 7-bed facility

Program includes:

• housing-based case management
• system navigation and service referrals
• independent life skills development space
• cooperative living skills
• private room and communal kitchen, bathroom, living room, and outdoor space
• on-site Resident Advisor

Home for female youth ages 18-24 who are in need of affordable and supportive housing * suited for youth who are enrolled in school and/or employed and working towards independence

Programs include:

• housing-based case management to actively develop a youth-centred support plan
• system navigation and service referrals
• independent life skills development space
• opportunities for one-on-one counselling/family reunification supports
• cooperative living skills
• private room and communal kitchen, bathroom, living room, and outdoor space
