Affordable Home Ownership Program
The program provides financial assistance to qualified low-to-moderate income households. Funding is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis, in the form of a 20-year interest-free loan registered on title and up to 5% of the purchase price of an eligible home (current maximum purchase price is $425,000).
