3D Printing Services - A 3D printer that is available for jobs up to two hours in length * your file must be sent to the library via website at 3D@lpl.ca.
Creativity Lab - Provides the space and resources for creation of all types *access to Cricut vinyl cutter, heat press, button maker and sewing machines * allows for individual or group projects * iMacs and PCs available to use
Media Lab - Provides photographers and videographers with tools including backdrops and green screens * room is equipped with an iMac that is loaded with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud for recording and editing purposes * room can be booked for up to two hours per day
Memory Lab - This self-serve work station enables users to digitize audio cassettes, VHS cassettes, slide film, negatives, photographs, and 8mm tapes * you must bring your own storage device and a large capacity USB drive or cloud storage is strongly recommended * station can be reserved. Reservation length depends on your project. Please speak with staff about how much time you need
Studio - A space that allows people to record and edit their media * room features a keyboard, microphones, and cables that allows instruments to be hooked into the recording software * iMac equipped with software for every level of experience from GarageBand to Avid Pro Tools and Adobe Creative Cloud * acoustic and electric guitars * room can be booked for up to two hours per day
Visiting Library - Delivery service for people unable to come to the library
Accessible Computer Workstations - Adaptive technology computers with software and hardware that can assist people who are blind, deaf, or have low vision or other physical disabilities * software includes screen readers, voice-activated dictation, scan and reading software, screen magnifiers and a Braille translator * hardware includes alternate input devices like trackballs, large key keyboards, ad keyboards with keyguards for people who have motor control limitations
Communication Boards - Allows people with limited communication abilities to point to alphabet, word or picture boards to communicate to library staff * available at all London library locations

The Resource Centre provides a multipurpose room with access to a telephone and computers, as well as vocational, social, leisure and educational programming * access to individual function assessments, addiction assessments and referrals to appropriate treatment centres * the program is open to both men and women * attendees not staying the Emergency Shelter are escorted to and from the program room * the program remains a drop-in space

Offers workstations for free public Internet access. Windows-based system with Internet, email, word processing, and more. People may use the stations up to a maximum of 2 hour per day. Require a valid library card to log in. Black and white and colour printing available. Computers are on the main floor and are available for those ages 13 and up. Visitors can obtain a daily visitor pass for internet access during their stay. Those who need longer can check out a Chromebook for 4 hours per day. An accessible workstation is also available with Zoomtext Magnifier and Reader. Wireless internet is available throughout the library building. |

SPL's Snack Stop stocks both snack foods and non-perishables that are free and available whenever the library is open.
Social Worker Drop-In Hours:
Services include brief individual and family counselling, as well as referrals to other community resources including addictions support, housing and other health and mental health services.

End Period Poverty (Beginning Oct 2, 2023):
Menstrual supplies provided through the Huron-Perth Period Poverty Task Force at any library in Huron or Perth County.
Resources include fiction and non-fiction for all ages, DVDs, magazines, audio books, internet and wifi access, photocopying/scanning, printing, mobile printing, downloadable resources (e-books, e-audio books, e-newspapers, e-magazines, e-articles), online courses and activities.
