The Street Outreach and Informed Response Team provide the following services:

- campsite tracking and engagement

Housing Selection Workers identify private-market landlords and property groups interested in making apartments available to people experiencing homelessness
Housing Stability Workers provide intensive case management support to people that have experienced persistent homelessness who are now housed

Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) - assistance with emergency expenses related to victims of violent crime types * no direct reimbursement to victims * financial support also available for victims who sustained serious physical injuries during a crime and for parents of child homicide victims and spouses of homicide victims
Provides crisis outreach services to community mental health program participants * dedicated team supports individuals who are in need of support * offer worker assigned support including court diversion program, housing advocacy and assistance with income services * team helps navigate and access other social services and food services agencies, and community resources
Mental health services and supports geared toward the complex needs of people experiencing mental illness * one-on-one and group supports available
Information and Referral - Information about local community resources is provided by telephone
Community and Group Support Programs - Includes art therapy and self-esteem groups * other groups run at various times during the year depending on client need
Crisis and Counselling Supports - One-on-one counselling, referral to other agencies and other supports as required, available to existing clients or new clients
London Coffee House Program - London Coffee House is currently operating from My Sisters' Place, 566 Dundas St.
Community Wellness - Variety of leisure and life skills focused groups and activities offered to support personal growth and recovery
Family Support Program - Program provides family members, caregivers and friends with tools to help in the recovery process of a loved one
Justice Community Support Program - Mental health community support with an emphasis on short-term support and specialized support for those with justice involvement

Crisis intervention, support and brief intervention to children and families * integrated/centralized intake with Craigwood,, Humana and Vanier.
This is a collaborative project with three agencies:
- Vanier Children's Services
- Craigwood Youth Services
- Humana Community Services
Includes day treatment, mental health counselling, group work, parent groups, intensive in-home services, and walk-in clinics
Day Treatment - Re-integrates youth back into the traditional school system or a suitable alternative
Intensive Family Services - Intensive, in-home, community-based service for teens at risk of out-of-home placement and their families who are experiencing high levels of family conflict and are seeking assistance with family functioning and/or reunification
- personal distress and symptoms of a mental health and or addiction condition needing assessment and stabilization
- circumstances which require de-escalation to prevent relapse
- mental health and addictions needs to prevent hospitalization
- emotional trauma with assessment, crisis intervention and links to longer-term services
Can provide access to the 5-bed Crisis Stabilization Space (offsite) * offered in partnership with Addiction Services Thames Valley
Assessment and Community Support - Facilitates timely and rapid access to ongoing mental health supports, services and treatment as deemed appropriate through consultation, recommendation, consumer feedback and consumer request
Crisis Response Team - Support to people facing a mental health crisis
Support Line - Confidential telephone support for people feeling anxious, isolated, lonely, sad, stressed, or need someone to talk to * callers can speak with warm, caring, and trained volunteers and receive supportive and helpful responses * information about community services also provided
Community service referrals and crisis follow-ups are provided as well as overnight safe bed accommodations for short term stays * see Safebed Program
Youth Homelessness Protocol - Participating agency for the Youth Homelessness Protocol, designed to assist youth ages 12-24 in Elgin County who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in finding a safe place to stay and to receive the supports needed to find safe long-term housing
Victim Quick Response Program+ (VQRP+) - Assistance with emergency expenses related to the incident, including home safety, accommodation, meals, transportation, basic necessities, dependent care costs, counselling, traditional Indigenous health services, cellular phones, vision care, dental care, aids for victims with disabilities, interpretation services, crime scene cleanup, government/medical documents and funeral expenses * additional assistance for victims of human trafficking includes storage locker, tattoo removal, and treatment at a recovery facility * no direct reimbursement to victims for support listed above * financial support also available for victims who sustained serious physical injuries during a crime and for parents of child homicide victims and spouses of homicide victims
