Food Not Bombs picks up donated food from grocery stores, cooks fresh vegan meals, and serves these meals to the community for free.

Silver Spoons offers a reasonably priced hot meal and health talks once a week to Seniors from four local churches and their friends. Silver Spoons is a not for profit group, and any revenue realized beyond expenses, is shared among the four participating churches. The Holy Saviour Silver Spoons Team organizes and prepares the hot meal once a month.

The Bridgeport Café is run entirely by Wayside volunteers. The Café offers warmth, hot food and fellowship for a variety of people, including families that have recently arrived in Canada, retired or disabled persons coping with low incomes, those experiencing housing instability and those dealing with addiction.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily to shelter clients only. There is a hot breakfast open to the community on Thu mornings at 8:30 am and a dinner open to the community every night at 5:30 pm.

Provides hot, nourishing noon hour meals on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays to individuals and families in need.

The 519 Community Collective has 12 programs including a community fridge nourish kitchen, 2 urban gardens, 23 little free food pantries installed across the region, an assortment of emergency food programs, and more.

Frozen, ready to heat individual gluten-free meal options and baking, plus:

• frozen, individual ready to bake quiche, meat and fruit pies
• frozen bread, buns and various thaw and serve desserts
• all in-stock items available to pick up after being pre-purchased through the online store
• FRESH gluten free, vegan, bread available on Fridays and Saturdays

Knox supports Chalmers Community Service Centre by collecting monthly food donations, and Royal City Mission by giving financial support to free meals and other related programs.

CORE: Participates with other congregations in the Guelph Churches Outreach Program (CORE), sharing resources and information to better address community needs and respond to requests for assistance.

Emergency Prescription Program: provides emergency prescription assistance (non-narcotic) paid by invoice to participating pharmacies for eligible recipients. Call or walk in for information. **No cash is dispensed**

LOGOS: Children and Family Ministry includes family time, Bible time, worship skills, recreation / play. Dinner provided. JK-Grade 12. Fees apply, visit website or call for information.

Seniors Connect: Lunch provided followed by event / activity of interest to seniors. Everyone welcome - donations accepted towards cost.

KAIROS Guelph: Faith-based, social change organization that promotes and attends social justice events.

Various gatherings, events and workshops throughout the year.

Services include:

• self-development opportunities
• support services for older adults

Provdes a safe, supportive environment for anyone in need.

Programs and services include:

Meal Program: serves up to 1200 meals a week at no charge.

Drop-In Program: provides relief from the elements and a safe space to recharge and connect.

Sunday Morning Worship Service: offers music, teaching, prayer, and celebration.
