Community Support Connections has a fleet of vehicles which agency drivers use to provide transportation services assisting individuals to and from medical appointments and the grocery store, adult day programs, and shopping trips.Volunteers who drive their own vehicles also support the program.

Kiwanis Transit is a specialized transportation service for individuals who fall within the eligibility.

Assists individuals under the age of 60 to get to their medical appointments on time. Currently not running due to COVID-19.

Links volunteers with those who need a ride to medical appointments, to run errands, visit or shop. 24 hours notice is required and service is dependent on volunteer availability.

Schedules, coordinates, and provides accessible transportation throughout Perth East & area in our accessible vehicles and with volunteer drivers to: medical appointments locally and out of area adult day program in Listowel social, errands Charter/group trips can be arranged through our office. After hours charters can be arranged. Masks must be worn on vehicles.

Free service led by ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services that provides help to older adults to settle in at home after being in the hospital. Provides transportation, meal and an attendant to help you get settled in at home. Community partners: Milverton Community Outreach, Mitchell Community Outreach, St. Marys Home Support Services, VON Perth Huron Community Support Services.

COVID19 - Service Change. ONE CARE is providing essential services. Continuing programs include Assisted Living, Meals on Wheels, Lifeline, Home Care, Home Help, Home at Last and In Home Respite. Modified programs (may be offered virtually, by phone or in a totally different way) include Transportation Friendly Visiting, Adult Day Program, Overnight Respite, Social Work, Dining (Dining to Go) and Exercise & Wellness (offered virtually). Programs on hold include Blood Pressure Clinics. In cases where a program is on hold or has had to be modified ensuring that client's needs are considered and working with clients and caregivers to determine how to support going forward.

EasyRide provides door to door transportation for seniors to appointments, shopping, errands or social activities.

Transportation is provided in and out of town using agency-owned vehicles (buses, accessible vans and caravans), as well as taxis and volunteers in their own vehicles.

Client must pre-register for this service and there is a set fee is applicable
