- Ignatius Farm: Certified organic vegetable farm that operates on a Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) model, building relationships between farmers and consumers. Rents out farm acreage and community garden plots, trains new farmers in the practices and principles of organic agriculture. Also invites people to get involved in their local farm through purchasing CSA vegetable shares. Members purchase shares and pick up their portion of the harvest throughout the season.
- Ignatius Old-Growth Forest: A 500-year ecological restoration project that offers a setting for people of all ages to engage, learn and connect with the natural world through walking trails, education programs, work placements, and community activity days; located on 100 acres and protected from development under a conservation easement with Ontario Farmland Trust.

In an effort to combat hunger and poverty on campus and in the greater Guelph community, the Guelph Student FoodBank provides undergraduate and graduate University of Guelph students access to emergency food, anti-poverty resources, and referrals to other food security, anti-poverty and financial assistance groups.
