- the value of the green-box is approximately $75-85
- items added to the box based on family size
- additional items include bread, cheese, yogurt and milk to allow families to prepare lunches for their school-aged children
- powdered milk, cereal, and baby food, diapers, infant clothing will be offered to families with infants
Food Bank:
- Families in need can receive non-perishable items
- they must make an appointment and visit the office to do so

- a mentor will provide personalized, confidential and free intervention plan to achieve a better heart healthy lifestyle
