Provides bilingual assistance for Ontario Works clients who are involved in an activity approved by their Case Coordinator (i.e. school, training, community placement, job search or employment).

• Staff advises parents regarding their child care options in the community (i.e. subsidized child care, on-site child care, community centre programs or program funds) to make a private arrangement.
• Helps parents fulfill their Ontario Works participation agreement and make an informed child care choice for their children.

City of Ottawa Child Care Registry and Waitlist (Subsidy)

• helps parents find licensed child care for centre-based and home-based child care in Ottawa
• full fee and subsidy available
• parents must log in every 60 days to ensure their profile stays active and is up-to-date
• parents will receive automatic notifications prompting them to log in

Group Care:
