COVID-19 (October 24, 2022): The Centre continues to provide grocery and prescription delivery, medical transportation and other supports to vulnerable seniors and adults with physical disabilities living in Ottawa's West End. • if there is no answer, an emergency system ensures the client is not at risk

Community Chaplain:

• a Chaplain visit to Jewish seniors and palliative clients living in long-term care facilities

Home Visits and system navigation:

• social workers go to the senior's home to provide an assessment of needs and referrals to appropriate services

Caregiver Support:

• therapeutic counselling to a caregiver or a family member who has an emotional, behavioural, mental health, or severe stress problem that is impeding their ability to provide care and support for the client
• time-limited and goal-directed

Long-Distance Caregiver Support:

• guidance for adult children who live in other cities and have concerns for their Ottawa parents' well being or for those who have parents living outside of Ottawa
