TRI-ROCK, funded by Service Canada, is an 18 week paid employment readiness/training program that is done in 2 phases. Phase I is 8 weeks long and takes place on-site at The Living Rock where youth receive a combination of practical work experience and employment readiness skills development. For Phase II, youth are placed with an employer for 10 weeks where they gain valuable job experience.
Rock Resources includes work experience, on-site coaching and employment readiness training.
Note: Eligible participants will be paid an allowance equivalent to the prevailing Ontario Minimum Wage rate.

- Job Coaches help ready candidates for their next role, and provide candidates with necessary basic certifications, PPE and employment skills training
- Job Developers provide services to the employers who are hiring, including screening/shorting listing candidates and intentional matching for posted roles on our site
Career Development Lab:
Career Centre provides programs and services that support students as they prepare to transition into high school, allowing them to imagine a post-secondary pathway that will set them up for future success
