Glen Eden Programs
- Schools program: coordinate through Glen Eden School Trip Coordinator - Barbara Carrick
- Individual program: Tuesday or Thursday evenings 6:30 pm-9 pm
- Cognitive Specialty Program: Wednesday 6:30 pm-9 pm - recruits volunteers 15 years of age and older as instructors and assistants for skiing and snowboarding (Thursdays only for boarding), support staff to help with students inside location and also for events, recruitment and fundraising
Offers a variety of both registered and drop-in Inclusion/Special needs recreation programs

Inclusive dance classes provide each student with a one-on-one dance buddy
- a volunteer dancer who adapts the class for the right level of challenge
- provides encouragement, friendship and mentoring throughout the year
- dancers participate in the studio's photo day, community events and the year end recital held at the Milton Theatre for the Arts
Individuals with different types of disabilities are welcome to enjoy a session at the driving range

- Jr. T-Ball for 4-year-olds
- Sr. T-Ball for ages five and up
- House league and rep league for ages five and up
Challenger Baseball league for children with cognitive or physical disabilities

- players are assigned a volunteer buddy to assist, from pushing wheelchairs to helping with batting or protecting players from batted ball
- buddy positions are suitable for high school students to earn Community Involvement hours
Equipment and uniforms provided, players supply own gloves and shoes

Provide sailing opportunities for people of all ages living with a physical or cognitive disability
- focuses on the Martin 16 sailboat that can be sailed with either a companion instructor in the stern seat or solo by individual sailors
- sailors who want to advance their skills from casual day sailing to racing are taught the fundamentals of sailboat racing under the tutorship of trained instructors

Provides group training sessions and coaching in athletics (track & field, road running and cross country) and multisport (triathlon, duathlon) as well as other resources for recreational and competitive athletes of all ages

The BHYC Learn to Sail program offers courses for Youth Sailors (7-17 years) and Adult Sailors (18 years and up)
- program features Sail Canada certified instructors in a safe, fun and active learning environment
- Sailors learn the skills and enter into fun and challenging experiences suited to their skills
Youth Learn To Sail Programs
- offered to participants aged 7 to 17 years old
Adult Learn To Sail Program
- Adult lessons are offered in the Club 420 Dinghy, equipped with Spinnaker and trapeze
- CAN Sail levels can be obtained during the program
- objective is to feel comfortable sailing the points of sail, understand basic sail trim, or advanced sail trim if you already sail, and to feel more comfortable in the event your goal is to purchase a sailboat
Visually Impaired Learn to Sail Program
- Ontario's largest Visually Impaired Learn to Sail Program
- course runs for one full week, usually scheduled in late June, and is entirely led by volunteers
- participants learn the fundamentals of sailing on 30 foot keel boats, seamanship basics, and some basic racing techniques
- the week ends with a race around audible marks
