Vitural support group that provides connections with others who have experienced life with a brain tumour and an opportunity to share practical information in order to:

• make informed decisions about brain tumour treatment options
• learn about relevant community resources
• enhance coping skills in order to reduce anxiety, feelings of loss of control and fear of the unknown, changes in family roles, and financial strain as a result of a brain tumour diagnosis

Waterloo Wellington Diabetes, hosted by Langs in Cambridge Ontario, offers a central intake for all referrals to diabetes education and specialists. This means improving access to diabetes care by finding the right care at the right time at the right place for individuals and families with diabetes. The resource clinician supports health service providers throughout the region to deliver high quality, evidence-based care in diabetes.
