- Provides a check up call, personal or telephone contact to seniors living alone
- Assists with routine household activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry
- Delivers hot and frozen meals for lunch to individuals to assist in meeting their nutritional needs

- Provides one meal per week or up to 5 daily meals per week
