• Offers a variety of resource materials including parenting and self help books, children's cultural books, pamphlets, print materials, hands on activities and reading kits

• Free milk coupons and diapers when necessary
• Follow up via telephone within 48 hours of discharge from hospital
• Home visits pre-birth to prepare family for new arrival
• Home visits post birth to offer support to new mothers
• Home visits during child's early years to offer development guidance
• Referrals to other programs and services
• Facilitates various cultural workshops

Supports teenagers who are pregnant or parenting

• Provides teen-specific prenatal and parenting education and resources within the community
• Provides classes where teen mothers/parents meet with peers to discuss parenting issues before and after the baby's birth
• Offers a nutritious meal to participants at each session
• Focus is to strengthen the abilities of parents and families to respond effectively to the needs of their children
• Accepts donations of new and gently used baby clothing and gear as well as financial support

• Access to clothing, food and other personal items for moms and babies
• Bus tickets to attend all programs and prenatal medical appointments

Hospice Volunteer Visiting

Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Services

• Provides nursing services with the Nurse Practitioner Clinic to individuals in their school, workplace or clinic setting

Respite

• Offers respite to caregivers of elderly frail or disabled individuals one weekend a month

Supportive Housing

• Provides assistance to older and physically disabled adult who require assistance to live independently in the community
