Short Description
Wheelchair accessible van, and volunteer drivers utilizing their own vehicles, provide transportation for seniors and persons with cognitive and/or physical disabilities, who are unable to drive themselves and have no access to transportation. Transportation to medical appointments is the first priority, however seniors are also able to complete errands such as grocery shopping, banking etc.
Community Support Services may be able to facilitate other special circumstances. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Call main office for further information.
All transportation is coordinated through the main office.

Will provide assistance as required by the client which may include:
All clients are required to schedule their trips in advance, two week advance notice preferred. No trip is guaranteed. Trips are booked on a first come, first served basis. A mileage compensation or trip fee applies to all transportation programs.
