A program that partners with the Milton Community Resource Centre (MCRC), to house and distribute infant supplies.

Available supplies include:

Pregnancy and parenting support, including support for unplanned pregnancy from pro-life, Christian perspective

• individual and group support for young mothers, including parenting counselling
• Care Cupboard support includes diapers, formula, toiletries, non-perishable food, children's clothing, maternity clothing (monthly visit by appointment)

Food Bank

• If you are in need of food assistance please come to the Food Bank during operating hours
• no appointment needed
• can assist with baby food, formula and diapers
• program participants are eligible to receive a food order once each calendar month
• currently provides food to approximately 700 Oakville families

Donations

• non-perishable food can be dropped off at all Oakville Fire Stations and most Oakville Grocery stores, in their collection bins
• bulk of non-perishable food comes from food drives held at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas

• financial donations are vital and needed to purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, cheese, milk, and a variety of other items
• tax receipts are issued on site
• please call to make sure someone is there to receive your donation

• this service is based on donations, so not all items are available at all times

Milk and Formula program provides emergency temporary assistance for families experiencing difficulties.

Milk coupons mailed monthly for a maximum of six months (subject to change). Formula to be picked up at church.

Due to high demand for program, applicants MUST be referred by a community professional to be eligible to receive assistance for this program.
