• Personal Support Workers (PSW) are trained caregivers who assist individuals with their activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping

Home adaptation:

• home maintenance workers assist with minor home adaptations to assist individuals with accessibility and equipment

Respite and Palliative:

• temporary relief for caregivers caring for people with complex medical conditions and end of life care

Telephone reassurance:

• regular phone calls to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone, to check on their health and safety through the Emergency/Medical Alert Units and system

Transportation:

• non-emergency transportation to local medical appointments

Supportive residence for adults with developmental disabilities
