Once a week from May- September, children will learn and prepare healthy meals and snacks, explore physical activity and learn more about nutrition and health living.

An initiative to increase food security in the McQuesten area in the green space behind the former St. Helen's school. Runs a weekly Saturday market at McQuesten Urban Farm and Ottawa Street Farmers Market and provides weekly food boxes to residents of the McQuesten neighbourhood. Also offers educational and recreational programs/workshops to community groups and school groups. Accepts suggestions for future workshops.
