- LifeShare Program provides alternative living arrangements for children and adults who have a developmental disability
- Employment Services includes employment planning, supports coordination, job training, placement and maintenance, and travel route training
- Day Programs teach participants skills they need to enrich their quality of life and provide inclusive recreational activities
- Children's Inclusion Services provide resource support to children who have a developmental disability attending preschools or daycare centres
- Respite program provides after school or evening care in a safe and caring environment for individuals with a developmental disability allowing parents and caregivers an interval of rest from their busy schedules

Single point of access for children and youth to be placed on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) waitlist for autism services.
Facilitates an integrated and coordinated intake process to identify needs of children and youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Provides access to Family Support Workers to assist families with service and program navigation and support, including direct funding options.

A program that is part of the City of Hamilton's Healthy Babies, Healthy Children program. Mobile staff conduct in-home visits to pregnant women and families with young children. They help to support breastfeeding, healthy eating, child development, and parenting skills. They connect families to local community programs and supports.
Families are connected with a Service Navigator who provides navigation support and information to families through workshops, training sessions, and individual direct support.
