The centre primarily assists those who are out of work, and youth who are out of school to assess their skills and employment potential * various programs assist job seekers with their job search activities and on the job training

Provides Youth Worker contracted services to these initiatives to support students who are at risk of not completing grade 12 or who have returned to school to complete grade 12. The services supports training and facilitation of restorative justice to further explore goal development, social, emotional, and cognitive skill development. The aim is to support students to reach success and graduate Grade 12.

Provides young mothers in the east end of Hamilton the opportunity to attend high school in an alternative education setting with on-site child care for their children.

It provides the opportunity for students who have recently left high school with minimal credits to achieve a number of high school credits through the Mature PLAR process. Credit courses are offered during the day only and operate in 5 sessions of 6 weeks.
