• financial management services - acts as homelessness prevention for voluntary and mandatory clients needing support with their finances to maintain housing stability. The service ensures the payment of rent and utilities and access to case management supports

Processes refugee claimants, clients finalized for permanent residence, permanent residence cards, and citizenship tests, interviews and ceremonies. In-person help by appointment only. Once application has been received, IRCC will contact you to schedule an appointment if deemed necessary by the processing office.

The Citizenship certificate is a legal status document, not an identity document or a travel document. It replaces the citizenship card as those are no longer being issued. The citizenship certificate's sole purpose is to prove Canadian citizenship. The new certificate will contain a unique number and basic information about its holder, such as names, date of birth and gender.
