- Loyola House: Retreat house for silent retreats and training in Ignatian spirituality; venue for external retreats, business conferences, meetings, and special events.
- Ignatius Farm: Certified organic vegetable farm that operates on a Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) model, building relationships between farmers and consumers. Rents out farm acreage and community garden plots, trains new farmers in the practices and principles of organic agriculture. Also invites people to get involved in their local farm through purchasing CSA vegetable shares. Members purchase shares and pick up their portion of the harvest throughout the season.
- Ignatius Old-Growth Forest: A 500-year ecological restoration project that offers a setting for people of all ages to engage, learn and connect with the natural world through walking trails, education programs, work placements, and community activity days; located on 100 acres and protected from development under a conservation easement with Ontario Farmland Trust.
- Orchard Park Office Centre: Professional office rentals minutes from downtown Guelph.
- Weekly market offering fresh fruit and vegetables free of charge to assist low income people and families to meet their healthy food requirement.
