Ontario Renovates is a component of the Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative program and is being delivered by the Region of Waterloo on behalf of the Provincial government.
One section of the program provides qualified low to moderate-income households with forgivable loans to assist with housing repairs as well as housing modifications to improve accessibility for persons with disabilities.
The other section of the program provides a forgivable loan, to homeowners, to assist with the cost of building a legal secondary apartment suite in their home, and renting it at an affordable rental rate to qualified tenants.

E-waste Collection: bring in your old and used electronics for FREE disposal. Will recycle all electronics which helps to raise funds for Habitat such as lights, fans, computers, fans, clocks, and so on (items with refidgerant are not accepted).
Charitable donation receipts are offered for donations valued at over $100.
Volunteers needed to help with the ReStore as without volunteers the ReStore would not be possible. Positions are ideal for retired adults or students looking for their 40 hours of volunteer time. Everyone welcome. Cashiers always needed. Contact Volunteer Coordinator to apply
