Assists older adults and seniors with mental health and addiction issues to live safely and maintain good health in an independent living environment to postpone or eliminate the need for institutional care. Accommodation for 54 residents in single and double rooms. 24 hour onsite services and supports respond to each resident's individual needs.

Support services include:

Affordable housing includes assessments, comprehensive and ongoing treatment, case management and addiction counselling, referrals to treatment, and independent life skills training and support

Case management and individualized treatment plan, help to navigate housing market and secure housing, social and community integration support, counselling, referral to primary care, employment, education, or substance use treatment

82 Bed residence with 24 hour support and supervision for vulnerable adults with physical or cognitive impairments.
